REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All our journals are made-to-order specifically for you, which means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on standard orders.
EXCEPTIONS - We will replace or refund:
• Damaged items - Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
• Defective products - Manufacturing defects or printing errors
• Wrong items shipped - We'll send the correct item at no charge
HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE:
Email us at SchlooXpress@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
• Order number
• Photos of the damaged/defective item
• Description of the issue
We'll review and respond within 48 hours.
IMPORTANT: As each journal is custom-printed for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD:
While EU law provides a 14-day right of withdrawal, this does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods. As all our journals are made-to-order specifically for you, they are exempt from this right under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c).
