Welcome to SchlooXpress! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (schlooxpress.co.uk) and the purchase of our print-on-demand journals and related products. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. GENERAL TERMS
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to use this site.
• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT
• All orders are final and processed immediately upon payment.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We accept payment via Shopify-approved methods. Transactions are secure and encrypted.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS & PRODUCTION
• All products are made-to-order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production begins immediately and cancellations are not possible once production has started (typically within 24 hours of order placement).
• Production takes 3–5 business days before shipping.

4. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS
• Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in cases of damaged or defective items (see Section 5).

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
• If you receive a defective or misprinted item, email SchlooXpress@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
• If the issue is verified, we will provide a free replacement.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All content on SchlooXpress (including designs, text, and images) is owned by SchlooXpress and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS
• We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the website means you accept any changes.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.

10. GOVERNING LAW
• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
