SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT:
At SchlooXpress, all our journals are printed on demand through Lulu Direct, which means each order is custom-made just for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES (after production):
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 7–15 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = Production (3–5 days) + Shipping time
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, courier delays, or high seasonal demand.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and shipping method selected. As a print-on-demand business, each item is shipped separately, which may result in multiple shipping charges if you order multiple journals.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at SchlooXpress@outlook.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
