Order Processing & Fulfillment
At Schloo, all our journals are printed on demand through Lulu Direct, which means each order is custom-made just for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on the destination and the selected shipping method at checkout. Below are the estimated delivery times after production:

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, courier delays, or high seasonal demand.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. As a print-on-demand business, each item is shipped separately, which may result in multiple shipping charges if you order multiple journals.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at SchlooXpress@outlook.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with Lulu to provide a replacement.
